When you get into working out you will honestly feel like crap as soon as you stop. Actually you’d feel the exact way you were feeling before you started working out in the first place but now you’d know how good it feels to be in control of your body, to have so much energy and feel good in your own skin. Once you know the difference, you wouldn’t want to skip a workout ever again!

Very true. Last weekend almost made me ruin everything. Breaking a habit like good eating is way to easy.
